Swipe Photo Cleaner ("Photo Cleanup", "the App") is an iOS application developed by an independent developer. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App accesses your photo library solely to display and help you organize your photos. Photos you choose to delete are moved to the "Recently Deleted" album in iOS, where they can be recovered for up to 30 days. The App does not permanently delete photos immediately.
You agree not to misuse the App or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or photos.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
